Welcome to our international Baltic Sea camp for students and world education seminar for teachers in Estonia, 26.-29.august 2019

Registration is open till we have free spots. If you register yourself first, then you are in! Suitable for students aged 13-19 with good English.

This year the BSP got 30 years old, thus this camp will focus on the Baltic Sea Project history (creating a common exhibition), Baltic Sea research and getting to know the costal situation and islands in Roosta (trip to Osmussaare island, costal hike, BSP programmes, scientific workshops), our cultural differences and similarities (culture nights) and providing leisure activities (sauna, ball games, swimming, adventure course, African drums). The programme also forsees a parallel world education teacher seminar (right of women and children) in co-operation with NGO Mondo in Estonia.

All international participants will be asked to cover their own travel to Estonia but we will provide you with a joint bus drive from Tallinn city (our capital in North-Estonia) or from Tartu city (South-Estonia) to the camp.

Also, fee of the camp is 40 euros. This will cover your meals (3 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 dinners, snacks).
All other camp activities are supported by the Environmental Investment Centre Foundation in Estonia that turns environmental tax money into environmental awareness opportunities, and Estonian Ministry of Education and Research.

*The details of the programme and joint bus trip (times) and the payment method will be sent to the participants e-mails in the beginning of July.
